1.Cancel order please put forward at least two days in advance.
2.You order just flower ,not extra exceed the value of flower or gifts it's value,when the flower can't delivery because some reason or delivery in wrong date and so on,We will full-refund the money back to you.but we can't make good a loss over the value of flowers.
3.The flower was season product,if Lack of certain flowers that you delivery destination,our local florist will replace same value or Similar colors to make it,i hope you know that.
4.The delivery time can't exactly eg. 10:00 ,it can be around time ,between 1 ours or 3 ours ,but on same day.
